Q: What are the fees?
There is a refundable fee of RM2,000 

Q: What are the times of the days that a renovation is permitted? A: Renovations can take place between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. No renovations are permitted on Sunday. Hacking and demolition work is from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
